These terms and conditions apply to Maxxing AI (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), a mobile app provided by ZHEN LI (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the Application or any part of it. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Application provides AI-assisted face analysis, profile features, progress tracking, and premium subscription functionality. Analysis results are informational and for personal improvement purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to operate the service. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and cause the Application to stop working correctly.
The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms:
Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function fully because of network issues, device limitations, depleted battery, app store availability, or third-party service interruptions.
Subscription options, pricing, billing periods, and renewal rules are shown before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the applicable app store account settings and may renew automatically unless canceled according to the store’s rules.
The Service Provider may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Application at any time. You may need to download updates to continue using the Application.

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Application after an update means you accept the updated terms.
