When you use face analysis, the Application may upload the image you choose to the Service Provider’s backend so the analysis can be generated. The Application does not require precise real-time location data for its core features.

The Service Provider uses collected information to:

- generate and display face analysis results;
- track analysis history and available credits;
- manage subscriptions and premium access;
- improve reliability, safety, and product quality;

The Service Provider may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to operate the Application through trusted service providers, or with aggregated and anonymized data used to improve the service.

The Service Provider retains user-provided data for as long as needed to provide the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. Children
